We sell tea and related products for personal consumption.
All products are subject to availability.
Product images are for illustration purposes only.
Due to the nature of tea, flavour, aroma, and colour may vary by batch.
We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

 

  • Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euro (€).
Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

  • Orders

When you place an order:
You will receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.
We may refuse or cancel orders in case of stock errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
You are responsible for ensuring your delivery details are correct.

  • Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Risk passes to you upon delivery.
For international orders, you are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
If goods arrive damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Your Consumer Rights (Ireland & EU)

Under Irish and EU consumer law:
Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. You are entitled to remedies if goods are faulty.
For online sales, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your goods under EU distance selling rules.

This right does not apply to sealed food products that have been opened for hygiene reasons.

Unopened tea products may be returned within 14 days.
Opened consumable products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless goods are faulty.
If goods are faulty, we will offer replacement or refund in accordance with Irish law.

Our teas may contain caffeine unless stated otherwise.
